In a devastating accident on the M62 near Warrington, two Ryanair pilots, Matt Greenhalgh (28) and Jamie Fernandes (24), tragically lost their lives. They were traveling in a taxi heading towards Liverpool Airport when a collision occurred involving two lorries and their car on Thursday morning. The taxi driver sustained serious injuries and is currently hospitalized. A 61-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death and serious injury by dangerous driving. Cheshire Police are seeking any witnesses or footage related to the incident.
